Role Overview
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead their highest sales store. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, managing operations, and upholding the brand's prestigious reputation. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for luxury retail in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand values and exceeds customer expectations.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation, to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and cultivating brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the luggage or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Tuesday to Saturday roster, Sunday to Monday can also be considered.
