Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Children's Activity Center Manager. As the manager of our children's activity center, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and operating our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Implement activities and programs that engage children and parents to meet their needs and interests.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the activity center, staff management, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring efficient teamwork and providing excellent service experiences for customers.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase the visibility of the activity center and attract more customers.
Requirements:
- Relevant leadership or management experience, with preference given to those with experience in children's activity centers or similar establishments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Creativity and innovation to design and implement engaging activities and programs.
- Organizational and coordination skills to effectively manage daily operations and team activities.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
