What you’ll do (but not limited to)
We are currently searching for a switched-on Retail Manager to take our Ramsay Pharmacy- Albury Wodonga Private Hospital to the next level. Lead a professional & fun team with a great working roster for a full time position. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's. =
- Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave
- Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel
What you’ll bring
- Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations using vaccines approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
