About the role:
Vidacorp are looking for a People and Culture Business Partner who play a strategic partnership role, collaborating with designated business groups to implement their people performance and culture strategies and plans. You will be responsible for developing and driving initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and ensure alignment with the broader company vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
The key outcomes of this role include:
- Deliver exceptional people management and culture services to your assigned business group.
- Coach and empower managers on all aspects of people management, with a focus on driving performance.
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, compensation and benefits guidance, best practise and industrial relations advice.
- Recommend and implement effective HR practices and programs to maximize opportunities and manage risks.
- Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and contribute to the development of solutions and policies.
- Partner with the broader People Performance and Culture team to share best practices and ensure consistency of approach.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Strong internal consulting and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and implement change initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of current people management practices and trends.
- Ability to think critically and commercially to drive positive outcomes.
- Dynamic by nature and comfortable delivering excellent service in start up culture. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
