As Rostering & Administration Officer, your primary responsibilities include managing the scheduling if support services for NDIS participants & providing crucial administrative support for business improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage rostering and scheduling for NDIS participants.
- Ensure rosters comply with relevant awards and align with participants' funded supports.
- Collaborate effectively with Disability Support Staff regarding roster-related matters.
- Maintain and manage relationships between Rostering and Administration Officers and the Client Service Management team.
- Assist in developing and implementing new systems and processes as part of the commitment to business improvement initiatives, playing a key role in communicating changes to the Directors.
- Build relationships across the organisation and work collaboratively with the Projects and Improvement team.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours as needed, with usual hours aligning with core business hours.
- Experience in rostering with Flowlogic or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to maintain stakeholder relationships and influence others.
- Minimum of 3 years of rostering and scheduling experience for a medium to large workforce.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adopt a continuous improvement lens and showcase adaptability.
