Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Previous experience in an aged care setting is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate and empathetic care to residents.
- Must pass a National Police Check and have a current First Aid Certificate.
