Our Perm Project Service desk has always been a flagship area, with strong market presence. We are looking for a mid-senior recruiter to join our team in this space. This desk will see you recruiting for a range of existing PSA clients (ASX listed corporates, multinationals and leading SME’s) as well as developing your own client base.
Ideally you are an existing Perm Project Services recruiter OR you could be a focused recruiter who knows their stuff and is passionate about tech and wants to dive into that world. We have an award winning training program, so we can help you out either way.

Here’s a few more things you’ll want to know about:

2 – Desk: We want a passionate recruiter who can build strong relationships, break down new doors, nurture old relationships and build a thriving business around themselves.
Ideally we’d love someone who has recruited within the project services space (eg business analysts, project managers, agile, testing or similar) are part of your daily lingo then you tick our box.
We are looking for existing agency recruitment experience with strong networking and relationship building skills. You must also be an exceptional communicator with strong business acumen.
You need to have a love relationship with your phone – there is a healthy amount of BD (if you don’t LOVE developing new business then this probably isn’t for you).
3 – Comms: Opportunity to earn comms from day 1. You get paid comms off the fees you negotiate. Up to 30% on every $$ you bring in (did we mention no threshold).
Expected OTE year 1: 120K – 140K / year 2: 180 – 200K / year 3 250+ .
Stretch target if you smash it out of the park (add 30K: year 1, add 50K to year 2, add 80K year 3)
Must haves from you:
Minimum of 18 months recruitment experience. Extra points if you’ve recruited in a tech space, but we’ll consider all markets if you’ve got a passion to dive into all things Project Services.

Salary is varied depending on experience, ranging from: $75,000 - $95,000 + comms
