HEYTEA is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Melbourne Emporium location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the store’s financial success, cultivating a creative and supportive work environment, and delivering a superior customer experience that embodies our ‘Real & Lite’ philosophy—featuring real ingredients without artificial additives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage and motivate staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure the store presentation aligns with HEYTEA’s brand image and standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Control operational costs and implement measures to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Passionate about HEYTEA’s brand and products with a commitment to our ‘Real & Lite’ values.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both customer and team interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Analytical skills with a strategic mindset for business growth.
  • Experience in budget management and retail operations.
  • Minimum education: Junior high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
