We are now excited to welcome a Trainer & Assessor who shares this vision to join our growing team.
About the role
You will provide high quality, engaging learning experience and outcomes to your cohort of students. You can adapt your training style to cater to a range of student needs and backgrounds and are motivated by seeing your students succeed.
you will also be ensuring marking of student assessments are completed in a compliant and timely manner as well as provide support to your students throughout their studies, virtually and by the way of work placement assessment visits.
About you
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Ability to inject your personal flair and be flexible in your training style
- Passion for making a positive impact on others
- Motivated by seeing progress and success of your students
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Qualified to deliver Cert IV in Ageing or Disability
- Currency in your field of expertise
- Current WWCC and police clearances
- Available Tuesday & Thursday 5:40pm - 8:30pm + Marking
