For over 90 years the organisation has been manufacturing a range of products in domestic and commercial water solution portfolios. Due to their expert knowledge, they can design customised systems to suit project requirements.

Liaising with various departments and shareholders, the main focus of the warehouse supervisor is to ensure Safety is at the forefront, whilst maximising efficiency. Day to day duties will include:
- Develop and motivate staff to achieve required levels of KPI, safety, productivity, and quality performance
- Oversee daily operations and support requirements for the warehouse
- General warehouse planning, stock allocations and movements
- Liaise and assist other state-based warehouses as needed
- Operate and train others on MHE in a safe matter
- Processing customers finished goods for local and interstate delivery.
What do you need?
- Previous supervisor experience in a similar environment
- Valid forklift LF/LO licence
- Strong People leadership skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- RF scanning, Pronto ERP/DRP or equivalent experience (Preferred)
