The OpportunityReporting to the Regional HR Manager this role will provide administrative support to the HR function including managing HR Inbox; systems data entry; maintaining personnel files; processing onboarding of new starters and separation of employees inclusive of exit process; participating and/or leading process improvement initiatives. Support where required with preparing contracts and letters, payroll and general HR Administrative tasks such as reporting as required.
The Role
- Contribute to the overall HR Function service delivery through preparing and issuing employee documentation via Flare Platform i.e., contracts, variation letters using accurate and timely practices;
- Accurate data entry of personnel details into the ADP and Navision people systems including setting up new starters;
- Understanding of payroll and related HR procedures/processes
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP and Navision both payroll and HR modules
- Dealing with general enquiries in the specific team inbox
- Support the recruitment team with new hire process including offers and employment documents
- Support wider HR function as required example: booking medicals, raising POs
- Demonstrated experience in ADP (preferably) or similar payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail
- You will be a collaborative team player who is customer oriented and loves a challenging but rewarding environment
- Advanced level MS Excel skills with strong ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Ability to streamline processes and influence change that makes life easier.
