We are seeking Trade Qualified Electricians looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred.
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
THE PERSON
- Hold an Electrical Trade Certificate & Current WA Electrical Unrestricted Licence
- Able to provide up-to-date Police Check and hold current Drivers Licence
- Current CPR + LVR, First Aid
- WAH, CS, HRWL - EWP highly desirable
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- A solid understanding of LV, generator control system, UPS systems, BMS and energy management.
