About the Position
Our team of Support Workers provide support services to clientseligible for Community Care Services, enabling individuals toremain living independently and optimising their quality of life.
This position will require you to work not only in the Community,also at our Day Clubs and will include driving 8 10 seatervans.
About You
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired,but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be aperfect fit for this role.

- Cert III in Aged Care / Disability Services or an equivalent qualification
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support clients and promote their own independence
- Experience providing support and companionship to people from a range of backgrounds

This casual position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreementposition, which attracts a rate from $ - $ per hour plus25% casual loading.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, orhave ability obtain a :
- Australian Driver’s Licence.
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months).
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance.
- The right to work in Australia.
