Description:
This is an exciting Business Support role within the power sector, supporting complex & specialized projects, ensuring reliable power supply for large-scale operations....high-rise buildings, shopping centers, exhibition centers, warehouses, & mine sites.
6-month contract position with potential for extension.
- Be located in DARWIN.
- Process correspondence through the team inbox and initiate follow-up action to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods and services for delivery.
- Provide contract administration.
- Provide project support in monitoring timesheet submission and processing project invoices.
- Coordinate new project setup.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed oral and written communication capability.
- You must be able to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in report collation, data entry and administrative procedures and systems.
- High level competency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and records management systems such as Content Manager (TRIM).
- This is a client focused environment, so you will have demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work outside of regular business hours when required.
- Current NT Driver's licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of government procurement guidelines.
