THE POSITION:
Stream Healthcare is recruiting Social Workers and Case Managers with experience for permanent or fixed term contracts across NT, CBD and Regional! We have positions available for New Grads, Clinicians and Senior Clinicians. As a Social Worker you will be working closely within the community to provide mental health and well-being services for service users. We have a number or roles working across a range of age groups from child, youth, adolescents and adult / older adult, take your pick!
Salary range $80,000 - $120,000 + Super + MORE!!

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Qualified Social Worker
• Experience working within a mental health settings
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
