*** HIRING ENROLLED NURSES / REGISTERED NURSES ***

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for part-time positions in the Community sector in North Brisbane. Successful candidates will join a professional and supportive team, providing high-quality care to clients. This role requires at least 12 months of full-time nursing experience in the Community sector.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor client conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Educate clients and their families on health management techniques, medication administration, and other relevant topics

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery

- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and interventions

Skills:

- Excellent clinical skills with experience in providing nursing care in the Community sector

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Tolerance for ambiguity due to working with diverse client populations

Qualifications:

- Associate degree or higher qualification in Nursing (EN or RN)

- Minimum of 12 months full-time experience working as a Nurse in the Community sector

- Valid NDIS Clearance and Blue Card

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Valid Driver's License

- Own registered vehicle with comprehensive Insurance

- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Modules

- Legal rights to work in Australia (Visa if applicable)
