The Role:

Our client is seeking an individual to lead an onsite team, delivering top-tier integrated facilities management services to clients situated in rapidly expanding areas of Adelaide. These state-of-the-art facilities boast stunning designs, calling for an experienced Facilities Management professional well-versed in a broad spectrum of both hard and soft service provisions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, demonstrating proficiency in both hard and soft services
  • Track record in contract management, with experience in (PPP) arrangements being advantageous.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated skills in human resource management and knowledge of industrial relations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including a solid grasp of financial and budgetary processes.
  • Proficiency in operational management at a high level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen interest in exploring innovative best practices in customer service.
  • Driven by goals, projects, and accomplishments.
