With approx. 30 employees, the Community is looking to source an experienced Corporate Services Manager to manage the Corporate Accounts and Human Resources RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for providing oversight and management of the Community's financial reporting and accounts function in conjunction with the external CSM will also be responsible to establish HR practices and processes for the workforce including performance appraisals, salary reviews, inductions and employee retention initiatives, as example.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE- Supervise and direct Leading Hands, Tradespeople and Apprentices.- Complete Labour task activity time keeping for all Projects assigned daily.
- Plans the work and ensures that deadlines are managed.- Report potential industrial relation problems.- Planning and forecasting of manning levels in co-operation with the PM.
- Ensure quality work is maintained by all personnel and sub contractors.- Ensure correct materials ordering procedures are adhered to and ensure that all orders raised are received at the office for processing in the shortest most practical time from ordering.
- Have and maintain a comprehensive tool kit and ensure that this applies as well to Tradespeople and Apprentices.- Carries out a minimum of 1 x SAO per weekABOUT YOU : You will work with diverse teams and be responsible for creating a safety focused environment.
