Job Description
Reporting to the DC Manager, DC Supervisor and / or the DC Team Leader, the DC Team Member is responsible for daily DC operations including picking, unloading, loading and counting products with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team.
Position Responsibilities
- Process stock received into the warehouse as per company procedures
- Transfer stock to designated storage areas as per company procedures
- Pick stock to picking lanes as per company procedure
- Conduct cycle counts
- Perform any other suitable duties as requested by Supervisors or Managers in other areas of the business including but not limited to cleaning, receiving, returns, dispatch and administration
- Work as part of a dynamic Team to build better and safer procedures.

- Ensure that all incidents / injuries, near misses, and hazards are reported in a timely manner to the DC Manager.
- Handle products in line with safety and handling induction and training.
- Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring that all people on-site at the DC follow all relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs) in accordance with the National Safety Plan.
- Ensure the right training and processes are in place to minimise incidents / injuries.
Qualifications
- LF or LO required
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items preferred but not essential
- Strong safety focused, including safe manual handling knowledge and experience
- High attention to detail
- Good multitasking skills and experience
- Excellent team player
- Good communication skills
- A proactive, can-do approach

- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
