Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Support the development of a procurement plan aligned with the business's objectives, emphasizing the cultivation of strategic service partnerships.
- Efficiently consolidate and manage national procurement spend, categorize expenditures, and optimize supplier relationships while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the effective implementation of procurement practices, focusing on sustainability, ethical standards, and cost management, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and policy implementation.
- Analyze data from various sources to develop alternative courses of action based on logical assumptions and factual information, considering organizational values, objectives, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will posses the following:
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, or demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in ICT/Corporate Services Procurement.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities, fostering strong business relationships internally and externally, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of indirect strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement metrics reporting, utilizing these skills to formulate effective procurement strategies.
