Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead recruitment team and onboarding processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
- Oversee employee relations team, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and data to support decision-making and reporting
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong understanding of Australian HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Available immediately or with a short notice period
