Registered Nurse to join our Western Sydney team.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Western Sydney team. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services.Responsibilities/Skills:
- Delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to patients
- Assisting doctors with consultations, treatments, and procedures
- Providing health education and advice to patients on various health issues
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records
- Participating in quality improvement activities within the practice
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
About You
This is a crucial role with a high-level community partnering through frequent engagement, communication, and evaluation of programs. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution - Minimum 4 years’ experience working as an RN.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience working in the aged care or disability sector.
- Demonstrated experience in needs assessment and management of the elderly.
- Understanding of work health safety in home and community settings
- High level of communication and ability to work collaboratively is essential.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Police Check
- Full Working rights within Australia
- Covid Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid NSW Driver’s License and preferably own a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Screen Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Modules or willing to complete (Induction Module, Orientation Module, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals)
