BFC is hiring! We are currently on the lookout for Casual Registered Nurse looking for casual shifts in a variety of settings. Gain experience in Aged Care facilities. Various locations in Sydney, ACT and all over NSW.
BFC is a specialised agency dedicated to providing nursing staff to Aged Care facilities across the whole of New South Wales.

To join our team, you will need:
• Must have a kind and caring nature.
• Have excellent communication and time management skills.
• RNs must have excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the Aged Care Standards.
• Must have experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Be able to demonstrate compassion during difficult situations.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Sound knowledge of all Manual Handling and Covid safe practices.
• Up to date COVID and Flu Vaccination record.
• RN’s must have a current AHPRA Registration with no conditions.
• Genuine passion for providing the best care to residents.
• Able to lead a team and promote positivity in the workplace.
