• Provide general support to the team including managing the shared mailbox and completing ad hoc requests.
• Lead the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns including sourcing promotional materials, monitoring and reporting on the marketing activities.
• Lead your own projects in line with the commercial strategy.
• Administration duties including stock management, master data information and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate industry events, taking the lead on logistics and providing on-the-day support.
• Assist with the management of the marketing and communications budget.
• Assist with the development, and delivery of marketing collateral, POS and merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining website content updates
• Effectively collaborate with external agencies for various marketing initiatives.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce, specialising in Marketing.
• You have unlimited working rights in Australia.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• You are passionate and have a strong drive to develop your marketing, and commercial skills.
• You have excellent organisational and time management skills and can prioritise competing workloads.

• You have demonstrated ability to think logically, make decisions and solve problems by being innovative.

• You are a numbers person and have intermediate Excel skills.
• You are an analytical thinker with a creative streak
