Due expansion at our Notting Hill branch we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team, no experience required just a can-do attitude!
As a Recruitment consultant you will be in charge of managing and building on your portfolio of clients and candidates to deliver high quality recruitment services.
- Conduct thorough application screenings and interviews to identify top-tier candidates.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process, ensuring compliance, organizing medical evaluations, and completing reference checks.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique staffing needs and assist in filling positions tailored to individual company requirements.
- Utilize our advanced database to meticulously track and update compliance data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle general administration duties, including answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- National Police Check certification.
