Role Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Confident and proactive approach to working with children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to actively contribute to the documentation of the program and children's learning journey
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of the educational program
- Actively participate in documenting children's learning and development
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
