Pro rata remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value of up to $167,587 p.a., comprising base salary range of $70.99 - $74.07 p.h. (HP5), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).
Eligible health workers who make the move (interstate or international) to work with us may receive up to $20,000 in incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme (conditions apply).

About the role
- Demonstrate a specialist level of knowledge, clinical skills, problem solving skills and experience of complex clinical practice standards to professionally lead the provision of Allied Health services within the Emergency Department.
- Utilise and apply extensive evidence based practice and professional judgement to a complex caseload to facilitate optimal patient outcomes and internal and external patient flow within the hospital environment.
- Operationally lead, manage and coordinate care and workflow for the Allied Health team within the Emergency Department. The Allied Health team will provide a 7 day week service in the ED. This includes convening and managing the Allied Health team meetings.
- Provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding clinical service development. This includes participation in ED Management meetings.
