- Week 1 - Thurs 12:30pm to 5:00pm / Sunday 1:00pm to 6:00pm
- Week 2 - Fri 12:30pm to 5:pm / Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm

About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Triage Services, this role will be responsible for providing telephone triage services to clients that are injured at work including:.
- Assessing a client's symptoms following injury or illness in accordance with clinical protocols
- Providing clinical advice and support
- Provision of early injury management advice and first aid
- Recommending further medical or allied health services as required
- Implementing new approaches and processes to meet the needs of our business
About you
We want you if you have:
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (Division 1 or Division 2 – Medication Endorsed) for at least 3 years
- Experience as a telephone triage nurse is advantageous
- Superior clinical nursing assessment skills
- Strengths in building rapport and relationships with clients
- A reputation as a strong communicator
- Confidence working with technology and good computer literacy skills
- A passion for delivering high quality patient care
- The ability to multi-task with great time management skills (who can manage and meet deadlines)
- The ability to be a team player who can also work autonomously
- To be eligible to work from home you will need a suitable internet connection
