Description:
We are currently looking for experienced Front End Loader Operators to join a leader in Green Waste Management.
Day shift 5am - 1pm
Afternoon Shift: 1pm-9pm
Temp-Perm role
$40/hr
Qualifications & experience
- Must have experience operating heavy machinery
- Minimum of 2 years operating experience - excavators, loaders, Material handlers an advantage.
- Experience with Volvo L90F & Hitachi 240HP
- Ability to take instruction and coordinate work activities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recycling industry is desirable
- Must be able to work autonomously
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct daily machine pre-start checks/ report of faults and damages.
- Liaise with site manager to review daily operational requirements.
- Operate heavy plant and machinery in a waste collection environment - including but not limited to front end loaders and excavators.
- Follow direction, establish work priorities, and meet targeted deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other internal staff to create efficient and safe processes.
