As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join the team.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is adequately resourced, budgeted, managed, and delivered to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the electrical industry to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within the electrical industry.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
