What will you be doing?
- Management of a portfolio of motor claims
- Taking phone calls from Customers, collecting relevant information regarding their claims
- Liaising with clients, assessors, and repairs
- Build report and deliver great customer service
What do you need?
- Relevant experience working in a call centre/ office environment
- Possess a great can-do attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
