What’s on offer? With further growth and on-going works in NSW, we are looking for a Regional Safety & Quality Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services team in Campbelltown. This newly created role will report to Regional Safety & Quality Manager where your day to day will look like:
  • Providing administrative support to the HSEQ team and wider Project Teams;
  • Proactively chasing up and uploading updated safety and quality documentation;
  • Booking safety training as required and ensuring that we are being compliant with standards and legislation;
  • Aid with formatting documents, presentations, and other materials;
  • Following up on compliance checks from sites;
  • Scanning and archiving project documents into job folders such as: meeting minutes, site inductions, permits, signed SWMS and other ad hoc documentation as required.
  • Other admin duties including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying, printing and laminating.
As the Safety & Quality Administrator, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to analysis data and high attention to detail. Having similar experience working within the Construction Industry will be highly regarded. Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
