How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne…
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join the City Infrastructure Branch as a 'Business Support Officer' on a permanent basis. It is this Branch that provides leading edge engineering solution for the people of Melbourne and delivers services to enhance the city's infrastructure to the highest levels of safety, amenity, mobility and accessibility.
In this role you work collaboratively with a small team of friendly professionals who ensure operational requirements are met.
What you will bring…
All CoM employees will demonstrate an ability to articulate and demonstrate benefits of positive culture and values.
In addition, the position will require:
- Experience providing administrative support
- Experience working in a customer service environment, and intermediate written customer service skills
- Intermediate computer literacy and demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office and databases.
- Good organisational skills and demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities
- Experience working in a team environment, ability to collaborate with team members to coordinate day-to-day administrative responsibilities
