We are looking for Visual Merchandisers to join our team, with multiple roles available in the following areas:
- NEWCASTLE (AREA)
Launch Visual Management (LVM) specialises in providing experienced retail activation programs to leading brands in department stores, concept stores and independent boutiques across Australia and New Zealand.
As a Visual Merchandisers or Brand Ambassadors you will proudly represent our incredible partner brands, ensuring the very best in-store brand representation and customer experience.
The Role
- Being part of experienced team of field Visual Merchandisers, representing some amazing brands and work in iconic retail stores
- Work with a supportive leadership in a positive, fun and friendly working environment
- Flexible schedules -Monday to Friday work - free up your weekends, design work your hours around other commitments
Responsibilities.
- Implementation of Visual Merchandising execution of our brand's directives to a high standard.
- Building strong and positive relationships at store-level
- Photographing your Visual Merchandising work
- Completing field reports, providing valuable feedback and insights for our brands
Experience
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising particularly in Fashion, Streetwear, Athleisure, Footwear, Luxury, Independent Designer Label, and Homewares
- An understanding of Visual Merchandising principles, and product styling
- Experience working in a variety of large and small retailers, department store experience is an advantage
- The ability to take quality photos of our displays and tech savvy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great work ethic and ready to contribute to our top working culture.
- Hold current driver’s licence and have reliable car.
- The ability to work autonomously while part of team

This role is offered on a Freelancer (Independent Contractor) basis where you will send a personal invoice for your rostered hours
Job Types: Subcontract, Freelance
Salary: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
