Icon Gymsports is a permanent gymnastics facility in Hornsby that was established 10 years ago, We have approximately 40 coaches and staff that run our gymnastics, parkour and cheerleading classes. We strive to provide a fun and welcoming environment that nurtures each individual’s physical, social and emotional growth. Everything we do revolves around this for our students, families and team.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to assist the club manager in the day to day running of Icon. We are looking to take someone on part time - full time.
Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Keep our website up to date (all necessary training included)
- Prepare a monthly newsletter through mail chimp
- Send advertising messages and emails
- Post about upcoming events in community groups
- Use Canva to develop basic advertising material
- Organise and attend community events
- Organise our annual open day
- Liaise with local businesses to develop partnerships
- Assist new members in person, over the phone and via email
- Take payments
- Take and deal with feedback and complaints
- Use our online booking system
Hours / Location of work
This role will be hybrid for the right person however majority of hours are face to face with some times that are non negotiable. Saturday morning and Friday in the gym are essential. We also require another 1-2 afternoons or evenings in the gym however these can be flexible.
Face to face hours: approximately 25 hours per week
Work From Home: approximately 5 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
