Our client, located on the Moorebank is now seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their team in an ongoing Customer Service Representative role!
About the position:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in a customer focused role centred around creating the best sales experience. The role requires you to not only promote a full range of gases, welding, and safety equipment to a diverse range of customers, but also working within the team to organise the daily truck loads for distribution and Warehouse general tasks as required.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with different people on a daily basis and also has an interest or experience in distribution.
Key Features
Moorebank NSW
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4.30pm
$33.50 ph
Forklift licence ideal but can obtain for the right fit
Must have reliable transport and Driver lice
Great ongoing opportunity
Other responsibilities in this role include:
Phone and counter sales
Promotion and up-selling of new products and initiatives
Stock management
Dispatching and receiving of goods
Safe manual handling of gas cylinders and other products
To be successful you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in customer service
SAP experience preferred
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Industrial and safety equipment knowledge would be highly advantageous
Forklift license or willing to obtain
