Full Job Description
- Evaluate customer credit profiles and determine approval or denial of applications based on company standards.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers and establish loan terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of loans and analyze the effectiveness of the credit control system to enhance profitability and reduce bad debts.
- Ensure timely payment from customers and pursue overdue invoices.
- Be able to work well in a team
- Have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Proven track record of making successful credit decisions
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis
- The ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions
