Customer Service Representative

Our client based in Seven Hills, specialises in providing exceptional solutions in the electrical, industrial, data, and lighting sectors. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our outstanding customer service standards.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sydney, Seven Hills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-4 /8:30-4:30
Reporting To: Customer Services Team Leader
Team Size: Small, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry and handle 40-60 calls daily, addressing pricing and product inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilise Salesforce and other systems to manage and update customer data accurately.
- Handle email inquiries promptly and effectively, averaging up to 60 emails per day.
- Learn about clients' products offering additional advice and suggest additional products if required by customers
- Proven track record in an administration-based customer service role, offering sales support and supporting product enquiries
- Proven track record in call management and customer-focused interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Sales order management experience
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team focussed with a friendly and calm and friendly demeanour
- Experience with Salesforce – highly regarded
- Prior exposure to the electrical industry or related fields is a plus.
