We have an opportunity for aRecruitment Coordinator to join our volunteer engagement team. Thisis a fixed-term 12-month contract role based at our Pier Streetoffice in Perth with flexible working opportunitiesavailable.
This position is 0.6FTE (working 22.8 hours per week) Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the preferred work days; however Monday, Tuesday and Friday would also be an option for the successful applicant About therole Reporting to the ManagerVolunteer Services, the Recruitment Coordinator Volunteers is responsible for coordinatingrecruitment and onboarding activities, to ensure timely recruitmentand matching of volunteers who fit Bethanie's culture toenrich the ageing journey of Bethanie's community andresidential aged care customers.
- This role is responsible forproviding an exceptional level of customer service and coordinatingnew recruitment processes to : field volunteer requests fromBethanie sites and staff;
- post job adverts; process incomingapplicants; conduct interviews and reference checks; coordinatescreening; arrange offers;
maintain records; and coordinate bothonboarding and offboarding procedures. Aboutyou You're passionateabout the value that volunteering has to offer and enjoy thevariety that working in recruitment brings to a day at the office!You will also bring : Experience as a recruitment coordinator, ideally with some exposure in volunteering recruitment is preferred but not essential Hands-on experience with various recruitment tools and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly The ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills and a strong eye for detail Working withBethanie At Bethanie we are committedto being an employer of choice by creating a supportive andcompassionate environment for our people andcustomers.
