Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at our bustling drive-thru cafe. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. This can be a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe and drive-thru area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Salary: $27.81 – $31.91 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
