Job Description
As a Packing Operator at our facility in Dunoon, NSW, you will be responsible for various tasks crucial to the efficient operation of macadamia cracking and colour sorting processes.
- Monitor and adjust NIS cracking and colour sorting processes to maintain consistent quality and throughput.
- Implement and maintain a "clean as you go" routine to ensure a debris-free environment.
- Proper labeling of raw product bins, weighing, and recording of waste bins.
- Assist in monitoring the Drying Control System and provide real-time status updates.
- Complete all required paperwork satisfactorily and adhere to maintenance and service record procedures.
Your Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to monitor processes and adjust as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks and willingness to learn
