ABOUT THE ROLE
The Student Services Coordinator forms part of a national Student Experience team who delivers high-quality administration services to domestic and international students across the student life cycle, including enrolment, orientation, class participation, graduation and all other associated processes.
This role is pivotal in contributing to a diverse, inclusive and vibrant campus life and high-quality student-centred services. Located on campus, the Student Services Coordinator collaborates with the Student Services Team Leader, Campus Student Experience Manager and Campus Manager in achieving key campus-based and organisational strategic goals. The Student Services Coordinator responds to local student inquiries in person, and national student inquiries via phone, email and Slack.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exemplary administrative services, taking a lead administrative role in various initiatives, delivering quality customer service, applying policies and procedures to provide timely and accurate advice, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service and communication skills.
- Experience within a tertiary student administration/student experience function is highly regarded.
