Description:

LAMEX BATHROOMS is looking for a full-time/casual office all-rounder, to work within a our office/showroom, handling the day-to-day office duties of a bathroom retail store.

Are you looking for work that's close to home then this is for you. The candidate will be responsible for daily administrative tasks at our Guildford location. It is essential that the person in this position has a positive attitude and thrives in a team environment, whilst having the ability to work independently. You will have a strong work ethic, heaps of initiative, be system driven, happy to jump in and get the job done when needed, organised, maintain a strong level of attention to detail/accuracy, and an overall great attitude.

As the Administration Officer / All Rounder your primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • General Administrative Support
  • Managing stock and general supply orders, entering purchase orders and receiving stock.
  • Entering sales orders and assisting with printing delivery dockets.
  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Completing tasks as required.
  • Assist with pick and pack when required

Key experience and skills required for this position are:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high accuracy rate.
  • Have a passion for eCommerce and experience with online selling.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
  • Fast learner
  • Strong computer skills, particularly experienced working with, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and online systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills including professional phone skills, a positive attitude, and friendly manner.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
  • The ability to multitask and work unsupervised and take control/responsibility of all Administration tasks.
  • Reliability, a strong work ethic and great time management skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail and self motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $42,177.00 – $73,157.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
