Our client is seeking to engage an APS6 Enterprise Agreement Implementation Project Officer. Location: MULTIPLE (Canberra ACT, Paramatta & Surry Hills NSW, Adelaide SA, Melbourne VIC) Contract Length: Start – 22/04/2024, End – 21/10/2024 with option to extend up to 6 months Eligibility/Security Requirement: Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance Duties to be completed:- Work with the ER team and other stakeholders to identify the impacts of the new enterprise agreement on policies, processes, and procedures at the Commission
- Identify deliverables and actions required to implement the enterprise agreement successfully, building these items into a project plan with a clearly defined RACI
- Contribute to the management of change associated with the EA implementation by prioritizing communications, ascertaining areas for capability and/or knowledge uplift and assessing stakeholder readiness
- Lead the development of support materials, with input from subject matter experts, for managers and employees
- Track areas of misinterpretation, conflict, or frequent questioning during the post-implementation period, reporting on these areas and addressing gaps with appropriate interventions
- Apply the Commission’s Project Governance Framework incorporating change management planning and use of the Portfolio and Project (PPM) Tool.
- Manage the project progress, scope, budget, quality, and risks.
- Maintain project assurance via a dedicated Steering Committee and contribute to steerco and ELG reporting on progress
- Design and manage the risk mitigation plan.
- Other related/connected duties as required by the Entity.
- Complete all required mandatory training programs as required by the Entity. The timing and completion of the training will be discussed and agreed with the Entity’s contact officer; and
- Work for standard business hours, which are 7 hours 30 minutes or as otherwise advised by the Entity, with a minimum 30-minute lunch break mandatorily required. If Personnel are required to work weekends, public holidays and Entity stand down periods, prior written approval from the Entity must be obtained.
