The Roles
We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person-centred care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported, and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.
Our Support Worker positions are to guide and inspire people with High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities / Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

To Succeed you will need
Cert 3 or equivalent industry experience with Mental health clients.
At least 2 years experience within a group home setting
Personal care experience
Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends
A passion for providing person centred care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NDIS and Working With Children Checks
