About the role:
Based on our client site and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will:
- Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
- Build and maintain a strong & cohesive team environment, in line with Onsite' values
- Lead the safety culture and safety compliance
- Ensure delivery of all contractual requirements & performance metrics
- Successfully manage and respond to any customer or operational issues
- Drive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies
- Successfully manage and achieve branch P&L requirements
- Complete all required reporting requirements
- Cultivate a higher performing and resilient team capable of dealing with growth, operational challenges and industry dynamics
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant operational leadership & people management experience
- Leadership qualities and a genuine desire to coach and develop talent at all levels and throughout the branch and team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels with Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
