We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You’ll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred.
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Conduct refrigeration-maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, breakdowns and planned works, dismantling malfunctioning systems and test components
- Perform maintenance and repairs across the Village including Air-conditioning units site-wide & Refrigeration in our Kitchen facilities
- Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
THE PERSON
- Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Refrigeration
- Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
- Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
- Current CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable
- Team player and able to work autonomously
