Solar Admin Sales Assistant & Air Conditioning/HVAC CoordinatorWe are looking for a motivated Solar Admin Sales Assistant & Air Conditioning/HVAC Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Who You Are:
- An energetic professional with a proactive attitude and a passion for excellence in customer service and administration.
- Experience in administration, sales, scheduling trades, or coordination within the air conditioning, HVAC, or solar sectors is highly regarded, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the tools for success.
- A team player with a friendly, outgoing personality who values clear communication, organisation, and the power of a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and schedule installations and services for air conditioning, HVAC systems, and solar projects.
- Assist in sales administration, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Support our trades team by efficiently managing schedules, resources, and customer follow-ups.
- Contribute to after-sales service by addressing any customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace.
- Exceptional organisational skills and efficiency in handling administrative duties.
- Strong initiative and a mature work ethic, with a knack for learning and adapting.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
