The role
As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you will plan and lead the activities of the Contact Centre Team in the delivery of high quality and professional services. You will maintain excellent standards of customer services and builds high performing customer services teams and work systems.
This role collaborates with the internal leadership team and external clients to create and sustain a strong customer centric culture. You would also provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and support to all team members. You will support the team by attending escalated calls and responding to complex and sensitive enquires.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
