The Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages objective is to register, protect and certify the identities and life event information of Queenslanders to ensure the stories of our people are preserved and accessible for future generations.As part of the Business Development Branch you will contribute to creating a high performing, customer focused and continually improving workplace, supporting the delivery of the Registrar-General’s strategic vision and purpose.
Technical Skills, Abilities And Cultural Capability
- Provide high level advice and strategic leadership surrounding business requirement consultation, trend analysis and process improvement exploration to increase the quality and marketability of RBDM's products and services.
- Lead a multi-functional business development team to achieve defined operational outcomes and performance measures; initiating and directing remedial action if required.
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of RBDM's information and data services in compliance with the relevant legislative frameworks, directives and policies.
- Lead an organisational culture that values and rewards collaboration, innovation, performance and the positive contributions that staff bring to our business and clients.
- Foster continual improvement through the identification and implementation of business, process and technological enhancements.
